TICKETING POLICIES

Season Ticket Holders may reserve seating for the next production once the current show opens.

Non-Season Ticket Holders may reserve for the next production once the current show closes.

Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Circle Theatre offers no refunds or exchanges.

If a Season Ticket Holder fails to cancel a reservation an hour or more in advance of show time, they cannot reserve seating again for that production.

No lap children are allowed at Circle Theatre.

No children under the age of 10 are permitted unless specifically allowed for that play by Circle Theatre management.

Late-seating will be accommodated at the discretion of the Circle Theatre management.

Tickets that are not picked up fifteen minutes prior to curtain are considered "no shows" and may be released to waiting patrons.

Drinks purchased at concessions before the show or during intermission are permitted into the theatre.

Food purchased at concessions must be unwrapped before entering the theatre. Otherwise, we ask that it be consumed before entering the theatre.

No flash photography or audio/video recording is allowed inside the theatre.

Cell phones must be turned completely off, and texting is not allowed during the performance.

Groups or patrons with special needs should contact our box office directly at 817.877.3040 for assistance.

Reservations must be paid in advance. Only one discount may be applied to each ticket.

Discounts or special offers may not be used for preview or opening night performances.

Season-ticket holders may receive a $5 discount when purchasing additional guest tickets when making their reservations.

Parking

Changes are happening with parking in Sundance Square. Circle Theatre is no longer able to offer free valet parking or parking validation across the street.

The Tower Parking Garage is now Circle Theatre’s preferred parking garage. 435 West 4th Street.

This garage is free after 6:00pm weekdays and on weekends.

The entrance is on the right hand side coming down 4th Street.

Sundance Square Garage #3 no longer offers free night or weekend parkin g. Circle Theatre can only validate up to 2.5 hours of parking in Garage #3. In order to do so, you must request a validation ticket from us upon your visit to the theater.

Metered parking is free on weekends and after 6:00pm on weekdays.

Daily mobile rush tickets will be offered beginning at 9am for most performances.
Mobile Rush Information
1. Mobile rush tickets will be available at 9am each performance day and remain available until the inventory is sold out or until 2 hours prior to the performance time.
2. You will be confirmed immediately when your purchase is completed by TodayTix.
3. Tickets may be picked up at the Circle Theatre Box Office beginning one hour prior to show time.
Mobile Rush Tickets are limited and only available via the TodayTix app. Rush tickets are not available in person at the box office.
Playwrights Welcome is a new program to provide free access to theatre for Dramatists Guild of America Members, developed by Samuel French along with Dramatists Play Service, Dramatic Publishing, Music Theatre International, Playscripts and Rodgers and Hammerstein. Circle Theatre will provide one complimentary tickets to any performance. Tickets valid for side section seating; offer not available for Saturday matinees.
Complimentary tickets are available one hour before show time in person at the Box Office. Additional tickets will receive $5 off. Offer is subject to availability. Writers must present their Dramatists Guild membership card at the box office when picking up tickets.
